Pricing

Transparent Pricing for Industrial Scaling.

Add 7-axis robotic precision to your facility without the massive capital expenditure of buying, housing, and maintaining the machinery yourself.

Standard robotic integration requires millions in capital, dedicated programmers, and years of optimization. CarveWorks provides a variable-cost model that aligns perfectly with your production volume. You pay strictly for the digital engineering and the machine time you consume, transforming a massive fixed cost into a manageable, project-based operational expense. Review our primary service tiers below to find the correct engagement model.

Philosophy

Capex-Free Growth.

We believe that technology should serve the fabricator, not bankrupt them. By absorbing the $512 setup costs per complex digital scan and managing the immense overhead of the machinery, CarveWorks allows you to bid on complex jobs with zero financial risk.

Digital Sculpting Bureau

From $350 per file

For shops that already own 3-axis or 5-axis routing equipment but lack the specialized 3D artists required to generate complex sculptural files. Pricing depends on complexity.

Inclusions

  • Full digital reconstruction from 2D sketches or raw scans.
  • Proprietary AI-driven repair of weathered features.
  • Final delivery of verified, machine-ready STL or G-code files.
  • One round of digital revisions prior to final export.
  • Direct consultation with our engineering team.

Exclusions

Does not include any physical stone milling or raw material sourcing.

Objection handling

If you worry the file won't run on your specific machine, our engineers work directly with your post-processor specifications to ensure total compatibility.

Robotic Toll-Carving Cell

$1,095 per machine day

For fabricators who need physical execution of complex undercuts and deep sculptural reliefs without investing in a 7-axis robot. Billed at our standard toll-carving day rate, plus file prep.

Inclusions

  • Dedicated time on our 7-axis industrial robotic arms.
  • Secure mounting and handling of your provided stone.
  • Precision milling achieving detail down to $8 per cubic inch of displaced material.
  • Final quality inspection against the approved digital mesh.

Exclusions

Does not include final manual hand-finishing or polishing; pieces are delivered machine-finished.

Objection handling

Worried about freight costs? If you are outside Elberton, we can source the raw granite locally on your behalf to eliminate inbound shipping entirely.

The 48-Hour Rush Lane

50% premium on standard rates

For emergency restoration projects and immovable unveiling deadlines requiring immediate action.

Inclusions

  • Guaranteed 48-hour turnaround on digital reconstruction and toolpaths.
  • Front-of-the-line priority for the next available robotic shift.
  • Dedicated project manager providing daily status updates.
  • Expedited outbound freight coordination.

Exclusions

Rush timeline does not apply if the customer fails to approve the digital proof within 4 hours of receipt.

Objection handling

While the premium is higher, it is invariably less than the thousands of dollars in site delay penalties you would incur waiting 42 days for a manual carver.
