Information we collect
We collect the information you submit through our project intake form: name, company, work email, industry, timeline, project details and any files you upload. We also collect newsletter subscription addresses and aggregate site performance data.
How we use project files
Uploaded scans, sketches and meshes are used solely to produce your feasibility report, digital reconstruction and toolpaths. We do not resell, publish or reuse client geometry for other commissions. Files are retained for the duration of the engagement plus twelve months for remill support, then deleted on request.
Cookies
We use localized cookies to ensure proper operation of our client portal and measure site performance. No third-party advertising trackers are employed. You may decline non-essential cookies through the banner displayed on your first visit.
Sharing
We share data only with processors required to operate the business: email delivery, analytics and secure file storage. We do not sell personal information.
