Business-to-business only
CarveWorks contracts exclusively with fabrication businesses, monument shops, restoration contractors and architectural firms. We do not sell directly to consumers or accept retail memorial commissions.
Quotes and approvals
Every engagement begins with a fixed-price quote derived from a simulated toolpath. Work commences once you approve the digital proof in writing. Rush Lane timelines require proof approval within four hours of receipt; later approval releases us from the 48-hour guarantee.
Material risk
Stone is a natural material and hidden fissures can cause fractures during heavy milling. Where CarveWorks sourced the block, we replace the material and remill at no cost. Where you supplied a rare or custom block, our liability is limited to the cost of the milling service.
Precision Guarantee
If the physical carve deviates beyond the agreed technical tolerances of the approved digital proof, CarveWorks will remill the piece at our facility at zero additional cost to your firm.
Deliverable condition
Physical pieces ship machine-finished. Final hand-polishing, honing and texturing remain the responsibility of your artisans unless separately contracted.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the designs and artifacts you submit. Files we generate for your commission are licensed to you for unlimited production of that commission.
